Where is Decormaker located?img

Decormaker is located in Pazhou area of Guangzhou, China, close to the Canton Fair.

What types of products do you produce?img

We offer a rich selection of seasonal decoration items, especially for Christmas, Spring & Easter decorations, including indoor and outdoor items.

Does Decormaker have a showroom?img

Yes we have a 700-square-meter showroom in Pazhou area, 700 meters away from the Canton Fair. It makes our customers easy to experience our products during the fair time.

How can I visit the showroom?img

The showroom opens 9:00 am – 6:00 pm all year-round. Please contact our customer service team to make an appointment. You can come to check our newest samples while you visit Guangzhou at any time of the year. During Canton Fair time, our showroom keeps open till midnight. Our customers can still visit us after the fair is closed by requesting our pick-up service.

Do you sell products directly to the consumers?img

No, Decormaker is a designer and manufacturer, serving business customers only. We export and distribute our products to international customers, including importers, department stores, chain stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers and trading companies. We do not sell products directly to consumers. Decormaker.com is not a retail website. This website is only for our customers to browse our products online and facilitate putting orders.

How do I become a Decormaker customer?img

You can apply for a User ID account by completing our online registration form. It takes 1-2 working days for us to check and send an confirmation letter to you, after which you can log in and browse our entire product line. Select those items you are interested in by click the inquiry button under the item if you want to know about its price; submit an inquiry form online when you’ve finished selection. Our customer service team will contact you and email you the price sheet. Also you can visit our booths on trade fairs/exhibitions of this industry, such as Canton Fair, Christmasworld…etc.

What are your price terms and delivery port?img

Normally we quote prices under FOB terms. If you request CNF or CIF prices please contact our Customer Service Team. The delivery port is Yantian, Shenzhen, or Huangpu, Guangzhou.

What are Decormaker’s payment terms?img

We accept L/C at sight for order value over USD30,000.00, or 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% T/T before shipment or against copy of B/L. D/P is not acceptable.

What is MOQ quantity?img

MOQ(Minimum order quantity) depends on items, usually for big size items or with a value of over US$1,00, MOQ is approx 720pcs each style each color. For small items, it may need to be 1000pcs each style each color. Please discuss the quantity with us by item.

Do you accept small amount order?img

The prices we quoted are based on container quantity shipment. Customers can mix mutiple items in a container. We accept Loose Cargo order with quantity above MOQ, even if total volume could not fulfill a container. If the shipment value is less than US$8000, a surcharge US$300 will be added to the invoice.

What is lead-time of production?img

Usually lead-time is 50-60 days, but if the customer confirms his/her order during peak time of production (1st April ~ 30th June), the lead-time could be longer.

Do you accept OEM order?img

Customer designs are welcome. We can produce collection line by customer designs or samples. The whole production line will be exclusively customized for the particular customer. Decormaker would not show or sell these products to any other buyer.

How to select products and make inquiry?img

At the page of certain product, click the "add to inquiry" red button to select this product to inquiry list, then you can go to check the inquiry list or continue to view other products. While you viewing the small photos of whole collection, you can select some interested products into the inquiry list by click the "Inquiry" button, a green sign will appear to let you know it's done. If you want to cancel selection, click the "inquiry" button again, the green sign disappear. Go to [Check my inquiry] to review your selection, delete those products you don't want, use the blank of "Note" to write your remark if you want. Now you can send out the inquiry to us, or print a hard copy to keep record.

How to delete the records of selected items?img

After you select some items to make an inquiry, this website will keep the records till you delete them. Go to [check my inquiry], all your selected items are listing here, select the items you want to clear by click the check box in front of their photos, then press [Bulk delete].
